Disputes that may arise in connection with the use of this website or the purchase of products will be resolved by the competent courts of ILFOV, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the content without the explicit permission of MANNEQ LUXURY SRL. Any unauthorized use of the content is prohibited and will be sanctioned according to the law.

Users are prohibited from using the website to engage in illegal activities, attempting unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, or interfering with the proper functioning of the website.

2. Products and Availability

2.1. Product Information

MANNEQ LUXURY SRL offers products in compliance with the specifications mentioned on the website. The information and images presented are for reference only, and products may differ slightly due to manufacturer variations. Please check the specifications before purchasing a product.

2.2. Availability

Products that are out of stock or limited in quantity will automatically be considered pre-orders. If the product is no longer available, the user will be notified via phone or email. Please note that the hats you will receive won’t be identical with those presented on the website, but similar, since they are all hand made.

2.3. Special Orders

For products specially ordered from distributors, once the order has been placed and processed, it can no longer be canceled.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is up to 5 working days. If the timeframe differs, the client will be contacted by phone after placing the order. For international deliveries, depending on the option you choose, this time will vary ( the options are DHL Express or Post Office ). Please send us an e-mail or WhatsApp / Instagram direct message for details.

3.2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page, depending on the delivery address and package weight. Additional charges may apply for overweight packages. For national deliveries the shipping cost is usually 6€ and for the international deliveries 40€ via DHL Express or 15/20€ via Post Office.

For international deliveries, customers are requested to contact us for specific details.

4. Payment Methods

4.1. Payment Options

The available payment methods are displayed on the checkout page. Payment confirmation time may be instant for online payments or up to 7 working days for bank transfers.

4.2. Payment Security

All online transactions are carried out through online payment processors, ensuring security in collaboration with the hosting service provider.

5. Warranty and Return Policy

5.1. Product Warranty

All products sold by MANNEQ LUXURY SRL come with a warranty provided by the manufacturer, in accordance with applicable legislation.

5.2. Product Returns

Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, the consumer must contact MANNEQ LUXURY SRL by email or phone and complete a return request. Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, without signs of use, wear, or any other damage that may affect their resale value. Please note that we cannot accept returns of some of the hats (especially the pre-ordered ones). Please offer the correct measurements so that won’t be a reason for a return. 

5.3. Return Costs

Return costs are fully borne by the consumer. After verifying the returned products, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Product Use and Installation

MANNEQ LUXURY SRL is not responsible for how products are used, installed, or handled. Each customer is responsible for the correct use of purchased products in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and instructions.

6.2. Exclusion of Damages

MANNEQ LUXURY SRL is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products, except within the limits provided by law.

Usually, modifications will be highlighted along with the date they were made, but this practice is not an obligation for MANNEQ LUXURY SRL.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.

9.2. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the Tribunal alongside the court of ILFOV.
